The eVeroConnect Mobile application offers a straightforward interface for conducting both individual and group video sessions, designed to accommodate the distinct requirements of site-based and community-oriented programs. Upon initiation of an audio or video session, the app automatically gathers essential metadata necessary for documentation purposes, including session time, duration, participant phone numbers, and IP addresses for video sessions. This information is utilized to automatically populate key fields within the mandatory Telehealth summary form.

All session data is securely stored on eVero’s HIPAA-compliant digitalAGENCY™ platform, ensuring 24/7 access and sharing capabilities while maintaining strict confidentiality. Users are required to have active eVero accounts with appropriate permissions to utilize the application. For any login difficulties, it is recommended to contact your Agency Administrator.
